We do not have a physical presense.  However, if you would like to save on shipping and if you are located in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, please contact us and we can try arrange local pick up, delivery, or drop off.

There's no sales tax for orders shipping outside of illinois.

Ukidz Toys is located in Illinois and taxes are collected for the orders within the state. Current tax collected is 10%. Our shopping cart automatically calculates the appropriate taxes during the checkout process.

We are not required to collect sales tax on orders delivered outside of Illinois.  However, you may be required to remit sales tax to your local taxing authority.

Once the order is process, the tracking information will be emailed to the address provided.  You will be able to track the package on USPS.com.

At this time we do not accept returns or exchanges.  However, if there's an issue with your order (i.e. wrong unit was delivered or damaged), please contact us and we will do our best to accomodate you.  We are striving for a complete customer satisfaction!

If item is listed as backordered, you may still purchase it.  We will ship it out as soon as it is available.  The days listed is approximate and we will notify you if the delay will be longer than expected.  Please note, the credit card is charged once you place the order.
